The founder of Hayward Construction Philip Hayward started working at just 16 with builders and handymen of the like, in the construction projects for his late father Philip Hayward Snr. In his hospitality businesses, namely; Pantiles Nightclub and Restaurant and the Old Barn both in Bagshot Surrey. The Chertsey Lock Nightclub and Restaurant. Mad Dogs and Englishman in Windsor. Chaplins Nightclub in Southhampton. Wentworth Sports Shop and Wentworth Racing Betting Office in Virginia Water Surrey and Pantiles Nightclub and Restaurant in Marbella Spain. Where he later became a chef, DJ and then the manager. By the time he returned to the UK, he knew he had found his vocation within the building industry.
Philip now in his late 40´s has a vast amount of experience and knowledge in both the building and hospitality industries. Turning his hand with his team easily to fulfil any project large or small. Ranging from new builds, renovations and conversions to ultimately a speciality in restaurant fit outs and design.
